About Charlie Davidson

Friend to all and akin to many, Charlie Davidson is a proud local through and through. So much so that most of his friends call him “Cousin Charlie.” He was born and raised in Murfreesboro, graduated from Oakland High School, and received his marketing degree from MTSU. He worked for Lewis Bread for 10+ years before joining the team at John Jones Real Estate in 2017, and has been a top performer since his arrival. Charlie has four favorite people - his lifelong friend and wife, Lynda, and their three beautiful daughters. He says they stole his heart along with his wallet, and he wouldn’t change a thing about it. They are avid MTSU athletics fans, active in the community at Walter Hill Church of Christ, and are constantly on the lookout for the best fried chicken in Rutherford County. With roots grown so deep in the Northside of town, it’s no surprise that Charlie does whatever he can to lend a hand with Siegel’s football program. He has a loyal heart for local sports, and has always had a desire to help people. As an advocate for his community and a lover of all things Murfreesboro, when asked why he gives so much of his time, Charlie simply replied, “Why not? We’re probably family!”
